was held on 27 January at the Council Chamber of the City the evening of the "Memory" during the day established in memory of the victims of the Holocaust.
This year has been given the projection of the flm "The Concert", directed by Radu Mihaileanu.
is an important film The concert because it tells a story still unknown, the existential condition of the Jews who lived for forty years in totalitarianism. Andrei Filipov and his orchestra are ideally coming artists that during the Brezhnev regime were stain of onto the infamous dissent and were expelled from the country or places where they carry their art with the accusation of having committed acts of anti-Soviet. Forced to live (and die) in the labor camps of the dictatorship or Brezhnev held up before the world and their country as social parasites, the protagonists of the film laid them the tools to thirty years and fell back on existing abandoned and crafts varied as porters, committed, men cleaning, ambulance drivers, dubbing hard movie. The Romanian director catches them in this life (re) arranged and offers them the opportunity for artistic redemption and reintegration into their role.
The screening was much appreciated by the large audience present
